Mr. Prasanna Kumar Mohapatra – (Wholetime Director & CEO)

He has done Master of Social Works(MSW) from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune in 1995 with subjects as: CSR, healthcare, Ideology & Philosophy, Environmental Study & Disaster Management, Social Welfare Management, Rural/Urban/Tribal Development, Social exclusion & inclusion of weak sections etc. He has also done BMS from Utkal University, Masters in Computer Operations, ESOP Certification DDU-GKY Operations Professional Level. He has experience in Payroll, Time & Office and Leave Management, Talent acquisition, Induction programmes, Relieving Formality, Employee Engagement activities and Compensation Management.

Ms. Jnui Ghosh-(Chief Financial Officer)

She has sound knowledge in the finance field. She will contribute resourceful, innovative, and flexible ideas by utilizing her skills and knowledge to achieve the organization’s objectives.

Dr. Rahul Misra-(Independent Director)

He has 26 years in the field of Financial & Management Consultancy, Training and Research, Content development focusing on high end programs.and sector base education system. Advisor to two Business Schools in Lucknow, Universal School of Business intelligence and CIMD. Introduced Chartered Institute of Corporate Treasurers in INDIA a premier body offering Treasury programs.

Dr. Kanhaiya Tripathi – (Independent Director)

He is post graduate in Ahimsa and Peace Studies from Mahatma Gandhi International Hindu University and gold medalist in M.A & M. Phil, Ahimsa and Peace Studies. He has edited 16 different books He has been working for more than one decade against casteism, racism, violence, communalism, terrorism, stirrism and violation of human rights.

Dr. Anubha Chauhan – (Independent Director)

She has done PHD in Disaster Management, MA in Psychology and MBA in International Human Resources from Australia. She has vast experience of 15 years in HR, Training and Development and also running various NGO’s. She is also a visiting faculty in UPES for subject ‘Human Value & ethics.

Ms. Shikha – (Executive Director)

Ms. Shikha has more than 12 years of professional experience in Strategy Building, Technology Implementation & Upgrading, and Business Development across the Globe. She has rich experience in service industry with ability to plan, manage & motivate people/process through planning, Co-ordination & Coaching. She has done Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) and Masters in Computer Application (MCA).

Ms. Shivani Jindal – (Company Secretary)

Ms. Shivani Jindal has 6 months of experience as Company Secretary. She is an associate member of ICSI and a commerce graduate from Delhi University with a strong foundation in legal compliances of listed companies, corporate governance and stakeholder management and makes a valuable contribution to any team.
