VGEL team aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. Further, the organization provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable support system which focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships.

Dr. Rahul Misra - Chairman & Independent Director

Dr Rahul Misra is a seasoned academician and finance professional with 27 years of experience on global platform in academic , consulting and research
Dr Misra is qualified fraud examiner from US and Phd in finance from US , having additional qualifications CFSA CFA CGFM , FAFM , FRSA He is key advocate of sector base education focussing areas in high end skills like forensic accounting , financial engineering , sports management , Fintech laws ,governance , entrepreneurship etc
Dr Misra trained govt officials and advised in different verticals apart from being in to govt institution IEDUP and taught in different universities and institutes both in India and abroad
A key speaker on social issues and sports enthusiast

 

Ms. Shikha – MD & Executive Director

Ms. Shikha has more than 12 years of professional experience in Strategy Building, Technology Implementation & Upgrading, and Business Development across the Globe. She has rich experience in service industry with ability to plan, manage & motivate people/process through planning, Co-ordination & Coaching. She has done Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) and Masters in Computer Application (MCA).

Mr. Ankit Sharma - CFO & CEO, Additional Executive Director

Ankit Sharma post graduates and Semi Chartered Accountant by qualification.He has been work exposure in Internal Audit, External Audit and Concurrent Audit , US Payroll and Insurance , establish internal control and prepared SOP of various client like Reliance Cement Ltd, Gufic Bioscience Ltd , Reliance Insurance Ltd , Macleods Pharmaceutical ltd, Bhagya Laxmi steel Pvt ltd and Navika Capital( USA) Hospitality and also written book on the Insurance “CAPTIVATING INSURANCE “. He is an avid speaker on Insurance.

Dr. Kanhaiya Tripathi – Independent Director

He is post graduate in Ahimsa and Peace Studies from Mahatma Gandhi International Hindu University and gold medalist in M.A & M. Phil, Ahimsa and Peace Studies. He has edited 16 different books He has been working for more than one decade against casteism, racism, violence, communalism, terrorism, stirrism and violation of human rights.

Dr. Anubha Chauhan – Independent Director

She has done PHD in Disaster Management, MA in Psychology and MBA in International Human Resources from Australia. She has vast experience of 15 years in HR, Training and Development and also running various NGO’s. She is also a visiting faculty in UPES for subject ‘Human Value & ethics.

Ms. Shivani Jindal – Company Secretary

Ms. Shivani Jindal has 6 months of experience as Company Secretary. She is an associate member of ICSI and a commerce graduate from Delhi University with a strong foundation in legal compliances of listed companies, corporate governance and stakeholder management and makes a valuable contribution to any team.
