VGEL Team Vision

VGEL team aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. Further, the organization provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable support system which focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships.

Rajni Chawla – Independent Director

Ms. Rajni Chawla is an Independent Director at Virtual Education with over 20 years of academic experience in the education sector. She brings strong expertise in academic leadership, curriculum development, and institutional governance. Her extensive experience in teaching and academic administration helps the organization strengthen its educational framework and promote quality learning initiatives.

Mr. Prasanna Kumar Mohapatra – MD & Executive Director

Mr. Mohapatra has more than 25+ years of professional experience in Strategy Building, Technology Implementation & Upgrading, and Business Development across the Globe. He has rich experience in service industry with ability to plan, manage & motivate people/process through planning, Co-ordination & Coaching. 

Dr. Surabhi Yadav – Independent Director

Dr. Surabhi Yadav is a distinguished CSR professional with extensive expertise in Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR), encompassing legislation, policy, strategy, compliance (including accounting,
audit, taxation, and reporting), and sustainability. She also specializes in corporate training,
capacity building, CSR grant management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment, and
Project Management. Dr. Yadav has hands on experience on consulting with governments,
corporations, NGOs, and academic institutions on aligning CSR initiatives with sustainable
development goals under the theme “Compliance to Impact with Sustainability

Dr. Anubha Chauhan – Independent Director

She has done PHD in Disaster Management, MA in Psychology and MBA in International Human Resources from Australia. She has vast experience of 15 years in HR, Training and Development and also running various NGO’s. She is also a visiting faculty in UPES for subject ‘Human Value & ethics.
